- You can do the practice however many times you want. If you feel you get into the flow of it after the recording, you can continue cycling the energy in both directions on your own or just click replay on the recording.
- You can breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, or both inhale and exhale through the mouth.
- If you find it challenging to feel the energy, that’s okay! In fact, it’s completely normal when you’re new to these kinds of practices. If you don’t feel the energy moving, just allow your mind to focus on imagining drawing the pearl ball of light through each center. You can do a whole practice for each center if you want to really cultivate sensitivity or a specific quality.
- If it helps you to “tap into” your sexual energy (as turn-on, vitality and aliveness), you can self-pleasure without going all the way over into climax before starting this practice. Over time, you’ll feel more and more connected with your sexual energy, and won’t necessarily need to self-pleasure to feel it fully.
- Once you’re really comfortable with this practice, you can also experiment with doing it while having sex with a partner. Over time, this will lead to a much more whole-body experience of pleasure and intimacy.
- I’ve designed this particular practice in such a way that you can also do it as a manifestation practice as well. When you bring the energy all the way up to the crown in both directions, focus on whatever it is that you’re desiring to call into your life.
