Breathwork Introduction

A few helpful love notes:

  • The more you stay with your breath, the easier it will feel to drop into full embodied presence. Instead of trying to turn off or calm your mind, just keep tethering your awareness to the breath, keep the breath continuous, and you’ll drop in more naturally.
  • If you close any breathwork practice in a more challenging space, you can stand up, place your feet hips-width distance apart, and let yourself shake and bounce through any residual content. Let the movement ripple through your whole body. You can then play a piece of music that feels grounding or nourishing for you, and move your body gently to support integration.
