A few helpful love notes:

  • The more you stay with your breath, the easier it will feel to drop into full embodied presence. Instead of trying to turn off or calm your mind, just keep tethering your awareness to the breath, keep the breath continuous, and you’ll drop in more naturally.
  • If you close your practice in a more challenging space, you can stand up, place your feet hips-width distance apart, and let yourself shake and bounce through any residual content. Let the movement ripple through your whole body. You can then play a piece of music that feels grounding or nourishing for you, and move your body gently to support integration.
  • You can experiment with focusing on and feeling into one or several of the chakras based on the map you’re exploring in this module.
    • You can also explore doing this practice with the intention to call in more of a quality, emotion/feeling, a new thought pattern, or archetype. Focus on giving this desired experience full permission to take root and be expressed in your body.
  • This practice can be used in any context – to move pleasure and celebration through your body, to process challenging emotional content or blockages, to establish a sense of safety to be present in your body with your sensations and emotions, to take a gentle pause during your workday, to resolve things from the past, etc.
